Vice President & Executive Operations Advisor

Edwin A. Nova serves as the Vice President & Executive Operations Advisor at Empower Purpose. Working closely alongside the CEO, Edwin provides leadership, insight, and hands-on support across all areas of the organization. Treasurer & Wellness Workshop Coordinator

Briana Nova serves as the Treasurer & Wellness Workshop Coordinator at Empower Purpose. With a strong sense of responsibility and organization, Briana manages the organization’s finances with care and transparency. Her attention to detail ensures that Empower Purpose remains financially healthy and aligned with its mission. In addition to her financial role, Briana shares her passion for nature and healing by organizing workshops centered around plants and wellness. Jocelyn Hofman serves as the Board Secretary & Community Relations Advisor at Empower Purpose. She also shines as the voice of Empower Purpose during events, delivering announcements with clarity and enthusiasm. Digital Content & Website Support Coordinator

As a certified Life Coach, Aaron brings powerful insight and practical strategies to help individuals overcome obstacles, clarify their goals, and unlock their full potential. With a deep commitment to empowerment and transformation, he supports our mission by guiding youth, parents, and families toward purpose-driven living. Aaron’s work inspires confidence, resilience, and renewed hope in every life he touches.

Community Safety & Empowerment Coordinator

Carolee Sabangan serves as the Community Safety & Empowerment Coordinator at Empower Purpose. With a passion for helping others feel strong, confident, and secure, Carolee leads the development and coordination of our self-defense programs. Her work empowers individuals—especially youth and families—to protect themselves physically and emotionally while building resilience, discipline, and self-worth. Through her leadership, Carolee helps foster a safe, supportive environment where participants gain the tools to face life with courage and confidence.

Faith-Based Wellness & Community Engagement Advisor

Wilmarie Muniz serves as the Faith-Based Wellness & Community Engagement Advisor for Empower Purpose. Currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Christian Counseling, Wilmarie brings a compassionate, faith-centered approach to mental and emotional wellness. She plays a vital role in developing and supporting programs that uplift individuals and families through spiritual guidance, emotional healing, and community connection. Her dedication, insight, and commitment to God’s calling align deeply with our mission to bring hope, healing, and purpose to those we serve.

Secretary & Event Hospitality Coordinator

Nathaly Martinez serves as the Guest Services & Event Hospitality Coordinator at Empower Purpose. As the first friendly face our guests see at each event, Nathaly plays a key role in registration, welcoming attendees, and ensuring everyone feels seen and valued. With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for service, she also assists with event setup and logistics, making sure every space is thoughtfully prepared. Hispanic Outreach & Mental Wellness Advisor

Susana Nova serves as the Hispanic Outreach & Mental Wellness Advisor at Empower Purpose. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Susana brings both professional knowledge and a heartfelt passion for serving the Hispanic community. She plays a vital role in developing culturally relevant programs, support groups, and resources that address the emotional and mental well-being of Spanish-speaking individuals and families. Through her empathy, dedication, and cultural understanding, Susana helps ensure that all voices are heard and that families receive the guidance, hope, and support they need to heal and thrive.
